Our highly trained, experienced, and motivated team hold many industry certifications including Certified Landscape Professional, Certified Pesticide Applicator, Certified Water Auditor and Manager, and Certified Arborist.
We are very active with the National Association of Landscape Professionals. Bob Grover has been involved on a personal and professional level for nearly 30 years. He has chaired their education committee, annual conference committee, and currently sits on their Board of Directors as president. Members of our team attend their annual conference as well as other educational events throughout the year. Bob Grover regularly speaks at their annual convention and Pacific Landscape Management hosted their Summer Regional Conference known as "Field Trip" in 2018. Many on our team hold national certifications through the National Association of Landscape Professionals.
We are also very involved locally with our state's landscape association. Bob Grover is past president of OLCA and one of our Branch Managers, Corey Petersen, is a passport member and previously filled the position of chair for their environmental research committee. He is also currently a chair of their education committee. Another of our Branch Managers, Adam Flint, is the current legislative director and most of our managers attend their annual conference.
With our strong focus on water conservation and weather-based irrigation, we are members of the Irrigation Association and our Water Manager, Artemio Morales, attends their annual conference and holds several certifications including Irrigation Auditor.

An arborist by definition is an individual who is trained in the art and science of planting, caring for, and maintaining individual trees. ISA arborist certification is a nongovernmental, voluntary process by which individuals can document their base of knowledge. Certified Arborists are individuals who have achieved a level of knowledge in the art and science of tree care through experience and by passing a comprehensive examination developed by some of the nation's leading experts on tree care.
EcoBiz's Certified Ecological Business designation is a certification that recognizes eco-friendly businesses in Oregon. Certified businesses adopt best practices for minimizing environmental impact and meet high standards to reduce toxics, prevent pollution, and protect the environment.
We have a large number of landscape industry certified team members. This is a technical and skill-based certification program developed by the National Association of Landscape Professionals and is administered by the MORGAN Landscape Contractors Association.
Sustainability Manager, Corey Peterson, also is accredited as an Organic Land Care Practitioner by Oregon Tilth. With this we offer certified organic landscape maintenance programs.
LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. Available for virtually all buildings, communities and home project types, LEED provides a framework to create healthy, highly efficient and cost-saving green buildings. Several on our team are certified as Green Associates through the U.S. Green Business Council.
