The Mechanic analyzes, diagnoses and repairs a variety of mechanical equipment to include vehicles, groundskeeping equipment, and heavy equipment and maintains records of maintenance activity.

A Business Developer works in the field to prospect properties and manage prospective client relationships within Pacific Landscape Maintenance’s criteria within their geographical or business line as assigned. The Business Developer works with the sales team, Branch Managers, and Account Managers to identify sales opportunities. To achieve this, they need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow the business in the future. They call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients’ future needs. All sales activities need to be documented in our enterprise CRM.
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring their assigned customers become enthusiastic repeat purchasers of our service. The Landscape Designer/Estimator will provide support to the sales team and account managers for new business development, marketing and enhancement sales.
The Company Trainer is an engaging, knowledgeable, and effective trainer responsible for assisting with the training and safety for all production-related activities performed by Field Managers and their crews according to pre-established schedules, standards, and procedures to provide a high-quality service to our internal and external customers within budget. Assists all branches with training needs, assures successful completion, and keeps Branch Managers and Operations Manager informed on the progress and status of all activities. Must speak and write in English and Spanish.

We have developed a Water Conservation evaluation process to develop a document to present to our clients with detailed evaluation and recommendations to reduce water use through system upgrades as well as site landscape modifications. We have developed a process to complete these on all our properties as approved by our customers.

Our business is landscape management but a significant amount of construction occurs as we repair and upgrade aging landscapes. We have developed and trained many landscape construction professionals to support our maintenance team when update and renovation of our customer’s landscape is required.
